PDF Export To Microsoft Word Error ?

Hello guys

does anybody know the reason why my adobe acrobat 8.0 professional doesnt export pdf files to microsoft word? it just hangs for about 2 mins and then says this error =

Acrobat was able to make this document accessible but found some oddities: Some difficult pages were encountered requiring all graphics located on those pages to be labelled as figures.

Please help guys very much appreciated :)
