Some of our CE10 scheduled reports which output to PDF file format have suddenly started outputting at about 50% zoom level and are landscape on a much larger paper size (larger than legal size). They also actually print this way if the user tries to print a hardcopy.

Is there some setting in CE10 that controls this? Maybe something about a printer setup on the server that has changed and caused this?

Thanks for any help!

Sounds like the problem I had when we moved from CE-10 to BOE-XI.

The page size defaults all went to hell if you had any fields overlapping the margins in the reports. Our fix was to clean-up all the underlying RPT files and give them enough margin space.

Why did this happen all of a sudden? Did you apply any CE-10 patches recently, or move the hardware around?

Thanks for your reply. No, we have not applied any patches or made any hardware or software changes that I am aware of, so I am wondering why the sudden change, too.

There doesn't appear to be any overlapping fields. We had another report do this about a week ago. Re-running it did not help, but deleting the recurring schedule and rescheudling it (without changing any properties) did seem to fix it -- don't know why!

Thanks again.
