PDF Export formatting issues

We have 3 reports created in Crystal Reports 2008. We have a batch process created in VB.NET that passes parameters to these reports and saves the reports to PDF format. The resulting PDFs look fine on development computers, but when we deploy the batch process application and reports to the servers, the PDFs are formatted differently. There are a few field labels that are dropping to a second line and overlaying the data below it. Also, one of the reports has a large textbox of static text that is supposed to stretch across the width of the report. Every line cuts off at the middle in the server's rendition of this report.

Now, we are not using any obscure fonts...we are using Arial. Also, I had read in a few posts about checking the "No Printer (optimize for screen display)" checkbox in the page setup. We have done this and it still has not fixed the issue. Does anyone have anything else we could try? Thanks in advance...

Please disregard. One of the other developers found this to be a problem with the batch process application (it was using an outdated version of the crystal runtime dll). This is not an issue with the reports themselves.
