Pdf Export Crash

I just finished laying out an entire book of 216 pages, I then made before each chapter a section marker because I wanted that the name of each chapter should apear on the bottom of every right hand page, everything worked out perfectly, but when wanted to export to pdf (all kinds of pdf Acrobat 4, 5, 6, pdf X-1a, pdf X-3) but to no avail, it stops by page 15 - the 1st section marker, so I wanted to test and see if this is the problem, so I erased this
section marker and exported it again and it went past page 15 until page 31 - the second section marker, any clue what's going on here? am I missing something? everything is grayscale no cmyk involved. Please help this book
needs to go the printer TODAY.

Are all you section Markers Starting with Page 1?

Have you tried Printing to Postscript File first then Distill that?
