PDF creation - data affset by 1/4 inch

I am creating a PDF from InDesign CS2. I have four 8.5 x 11 pages. Whether I create a PDF of 1 page or all 4, all data on the page is offset by 1/4 inch or so.

What setting needs to be changed? I do not have this issue creating a PDF from any other application.

Any Advice?

Solved the problem.

Bleed was turned on and the PDF was using that measurement and adding that into the PDF.

Turned off Bleed and perfect PDF.
