PDF convert to image (JPEG,TIFF,GIF,etc)

I am looking for couple of softwares that can convert PDF file to image file.
1)I am using it as a developer,on VB, C++ as part of my e-learning system.
2)another one is used as client software which run on windows.

if there is any information, or any information to find the software, it would be appreciated. Thank You.

Not sure if this is what you are looking for, but Adobe Photoshop can open any PDF document page and then you can save it as a jpg, bmp, gif, etc.
