I know how to create a PDF from an impromptu report via Cognos Script. But the file is too big.
I removed the fonts from it (via the configuration admin)but it is still too much.
So I was wondering if there is a way to create the PDF without the bookmarks.
I created a PDF and, using Adobe Acrobat, I deleted the bookmarks, the file was about 300Kb smaller!
If there is no way to create a PDF in Cognos without the bookmarks, does anyone know at least how to automate the deletion of these bookmarks using Cognos Script and Adobe Acrobat?
