I was just sent back a PDF file from a client that took all the spacing out between the words , has anyone seen this before ? Is it a platform or adobe version problem ? font problem ?

TIA

A PDF by nature should be platform NON-specific. This sounds like a version error. Along with the version error check to make sure that security levels are not too high for the end user.

For example an end user with v.3 or v.4 can read a PDF generated and secured by v.5 as long as v.5 security is not used.

Good luck
