PDF and impososition plugin

I have Acrobat V4 and V5 is there a plug-in or similar that will enable me to put various pdf pages in booklet order, rotate as required and also to mirror the image for positive laser films. We have no rip - only using conventional printer drivers and laser printer. Any suggestions or links greatly appreciated.

If you built your original document in Pagemaker, it has its own plug-in for doing impositions, which you could do first then convert to PDF. This of course doesn't help if your originals are in something other than PM.
