PDC?

I am trying to fix some problems we are having with DNS. We have two domain controllers here and how can I tell which one is the Primary Domain Controller??

Is it an active directory network? If so strictly speaking there isn't a PDC as it is a multiple master setup. The first active directory DC that was installed will however be the PDC emulator.

Active Directory Users and Computers, Right Click Domain, Properties, Operations Masters. This should reveal this role.

If you have the support tools installed you can run 'netdom query fsmo' to display the five FSMO roles and who is the current owner.
