PDA Emulator for Windows XP

Hi,

Does anyone know where I can find a free PDA Emulator that I can install on Windows XP?

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

I don't know about free ones but Visual Studio comes with one (at least since the original .Net version - not sure about earlier versions).

Microsoft have recently brought out free 'Express' editions of their programming languages. I haven't checked them out because I use the full Visual Studio package but it's possible that they come with a PocketPC emulator.
