PCWS4 - journal check file path not found failure sending to backup

Hi All,
I am a real rookie at this. My boss's restaurant has RES3700 with 4 eclipse workstations.

The first problem is every time we use a particular workstation, it returns this error.

PCWS4 Journal chk #3596 LARSON. File path not found. Failure sending to backup.

Also, how do I reset the calendar time for daylight savings? For some reason the daily reports are not completing saying the current date and business date do not match.
