PCTEL AMR MODEM DRIVERS NEED FOR W2K

I have a system that has a PCTEL AMR 56k MODEM and I just installed windows 2000. The drivers that came with the system board do not support W2K, so I am stuck with either buying a PCI based modem or getting lucky enough to find someone who might have drivers that work with this modem.
