PCR (professional call recording)

Hello everyone,

I am presently testing PCR on my BCM50 rls 6.0

It is working 7/10

Here are my problems.
Once in a while I get a 32002 alarm warning saying "Not able to record a call. Monitor the BCM for additional alarms to see of the BCM is low in resources. If many of theses alarms are occuring then you may need to reconfigure the BCM or purchase additional resources.

Can someone tell me what resources I need to add?

My tests were going great till I recieved a call in my VM and the person pressed 7 for outbound transfer. The BCM transfered the call but I was unable to talk to the caller. The call came in but no voice or sound? The call was NOT recorded by the BCM and this alarm was generated.

If I call forward my extention to an outside telephone(cell), the BCM forwards the call correctly, I can answer the call perfectly and the BCM records the call. No alarm...
Pretty weird!!
