I NEED TO UPDATE A US PCPRO 9100 its on version 3.00.00 and cannot loging through pc pro​

I am becoming a dealer I am a dealer for ESI Zultys and so on I have a customer who uses me for cctv pcs access control and now want me to fix there phone's any other way? of getting the software they need?
