Whenever I am looking for something this specific I try to find out direct from vendors and websites what the specs are for hardware.
Your reseller, if you have one, is usually a great resource for this.
I will look more when I have time to see if there is anything in my stuff here in the office, but one place I know of to look is
(I am not advocating this product for use, just using as an example)
They have technical specs online and you can search from the main page.
Hope this helps a little, perhaps someone more knowledgeable in this area can post something more specific for you also.
