pcmcia Drive letter not showing up

I have a Toshiba Satellite Pro 4200. It was having some problems and I downloaded and installed new drivers. Everything seems to work fine, except the compact flash card is not showing up in the drive letters. I check the slot and it shows something is there, however, I can't find it in the drive letters.

Anyone have any idea what I should do?
