pcmcia card for 9600es

I have recieved a pcmcia card and would like to install it into a 9600es as a secondary drive and create a back of the first card. Documentation is flakey at best. Any suppestions?
 
Copy Hard Disk Data
This command is used to copy the basic hard disk data to the back-up hard disk in the extension port.
NOTE: This command applies to F9600 only.
COP HD,(ID),HDN

ID: Identification:
0: Copy to back-up hard disk
1: Remove the back-up hard disk.
HDN: Hard disk device number of the basic hard driv(should be FM00.

1. This command can only be used for hard drives connected to the PSIOUx/BIOUOA card.
2. The following message is displayed when the command is entered.

SET HD TO EXTENSION PORT,PRESS 0 TO CONTINUE OR 1 TO END AND RETURN KEY.

Connect the hard disk to the extension port of the PSIOUx/BIOUOA card,and press one of the indicated keys. Pressing "0" copies the contents of the basic hard disk.
3. The following message is displayed when copying is completed:

REMOVE HD FROM EXTENSION PORT AND PRESS 0 TO END

Remove the hard disk from the extension port on the PSIOUx/BIOUOA card and press "0" to end the copy process.
4. The following message is displayed when the command process is completed.

COPY IS COMPLETED
5. If failure occurs in the back-up hard disk,
the following is displayed.

EXTENSION HD TROUBLE
6. The installation/ removal of the back-up hard disk must be done according to the message dispalyed durning the command process.
