PCMCIA BKO on Opt.11

Can anyone help with why I get a failure when I do a BKO? Card is in correctly and will load completely on another Opt.11 using same card.

TEMU112 Error occured backing up external data base
Check that PCMCIA data drive is properly inserted

 
I have two Option 11c's running 25.40b that back-up fine. I have one 11c running 25.30 that gets the same error's that you get. On the one with errors, I archive instead of using BKO.
 
I am usine new SANDISK PCMCIA 64M cards formated. I still get the error.

Using the BKO command

Symptom:
Unable to do a back up to PCMCIA Card.
Error TEMU112
Backup will not complete

Cause:
The BKO command is used for the original M11 and the backup cartridge only.



Problem Resolution

Fix:
Install the PCMCIA card in slot A, and use the ARCHIVE command in ld 143.
Refer to NTP 553-3021-310 Software Installation Guide, Chapter 8, Archiving and Removing databases.
