PCM simple trouble

Hi all;
I have a bcm 3.7 that has all required keycodes. I am trying to install PCM to a desktop but can't get the extension to show in the "Connect Using" TAPI box.
Roadblock, what am I missing.

First you need to install the lan cte client from the bcm then configure it in the bcm then reboot your pc, once done you should a space shuttle icon on your taskbar showing that you are connected to the bcm and then you'll be able to select your extension dn.

space shuttle is in place on task bar...no option to select my dn.

did you configure lancte correctly on the bcm, including by ip address/computer name/domain account and the corresponding dn?

you'll need lancte keycodes for this only.

julmars phone.exe is excellent tool to see if u pick up the line.
