Hi,I have two printers that support both PCL5e HP P2014 and HP P2015. I used the raster command compression (Run-length encoding). Why the HP P2014 works fine and with the HP P2015 doesn't work?
Thanks in advance
Domenico

Sorry, you are right. It seems that the HP P2015 doesn't support the compression command.

If I send a raster command without compression it prints, if I send a raster command with compression it doesn't print anything.

Anyway the printer is compatibile with PCL5e.

This is the list of the command I send to the printer:

Reset EcE
GraphMode Ec*r0F
GraphRes Ec*t150R
SetHorPos Ec*p944.819X
GraphStart Ec*r1A
SetVerPos Ec*p236.2205Y
TransData Ec*b1m002w ->0x4F, 0xFF
TransData Ec*b1m002w ->0x4F, 0xFF
TransData Ec*b1m002w ->0x4F, 0xFF
I tried also the HP 1320 and it has the same problem.
Thanks
Domenico

Ok. I have found the problem, the last character of the command must be uppercase.
Thank you all
Domenico
