PCL XL Error

My users are having problems with a HP 5500n printer. When two persons are printing large documents with PCL6 drivers the first persons job gets kicked out and the following message is printed.

PCL XL error
Subsystem: IMAGE
Error: MissingData
Operator: ReadImage
Position: 716971

The second job begins printing and will finish if noone else uses the printer.

Any ideas about what is going on.
Your assistance is appreciated.

Had the same problem. Used the PCL5e driver instead.

Had the PCL5e driver and it was doing the same thing.

Have you tried a postscript driver?

We are trying a Postscript driver now. Apparently whomever made up the queues in the first place labled the a pcl driver as a ps driver. Did not catch that till yesterday.
