PCL XL ERROR Ricoh Aficio 455

When printing from Internet explorer 6 sp1 (any web page) and logged in as a specific user. I get this error:
PCL XL ERROR
Subsystem: Kernel
Error: FontUndefined
Operator: BeginChar
Position: 417 <------this number will be different

The error does not appear when printing as the Administrator the user has local administrator rights.
OS is W2K pro sp3 all latest security and critical updates.

The error also occurs when printing to a Savin printer. The Savin appears to be the exact same printer/copier. The error does not occur when printing to any other printer in the office. No one else in the office has this problem.

I just discovered this thread and apologize for the delayed response; however, I did come across the same exact problem on 2 occassions and solved both by changing the driver used by the client. Both situations were related to a Ricoh 350e/355e PCL 6 which worked fine once I changed to a PCL5e instead. I realize this is not expert response, but it worked in my situation.
