PCL XL error on HP5100

Good morning. Whenever we print to the networked 5100 and select Letter from tray 4 the job does print but we get the following page printed afterwards as well:

PCL XL error

Warning: IllegalMediaSource

Does anyone know how I would stop the printer from printing this page with the error on it?

IllegalMediaSource indicates that the PCL XL interpreter has encountered a request within the incoming print stream to select media (paper) from a source (input tray) which does not exist on the device (i.e. the specified source identifier is unrecognised).

Either the driver configuration does not match the actual device configuration, or a (bad) driver is generating erroneous PCL XL attributes for the BeginPage operator.
