PCL Raster Data Decoding?

Hi folks,

I need to know how to decode the raster data in a PCL
document. I have found zilch info on the format of the
raster data and how to decode it (lots of info on the
PCL commands, which was great). Can somebody either
1) point me to a web site/document that will show me
how to decode the raster data or 2) if it would fit in
a message, describe how to do so.

Look at the HP PCL5 Technical Reference Manual. There should be an entire chapter illustrating the various compression schemes used to represent the data in PCL. It would would be up to you to write the routine to turn it into whatever form you need.
