Hello,
We have to mail certain letters to our customers and have an application trunning on unix environment. What currently we do is type the letters in MS Word file and save it as PCl save the file as pcl on unix box. The application access the backend databbase and embeds dynamic information in the slots left during the doc file creation. Just by co-ordinates on pcl image. Now every time we make a changes to the word file we have to change the x,y cordinates so as to get the desired effect.
Is there any way I can improve this cumbersome process. one way is I use pcl viewer and look for the changes then if all is fine print the final doc. But is there any better way of doing the samething?
Thanks in advance.
