PCIe Video Card suggestion? 2

I'm thinking very seriously about buying the Intel D925XBC Socket 775 mATX MB w/Gigabit LAN & Hi-Def Snd motherboard.

Can anyone tell me what kind of a video card I will need and recommend any that might be good. I've seen some that says they "RAM" DDR3 will those cards go with the motherboard above? It uses DDR2 memory. I don't want to spend a lot on one maybe $75.00 or so?

That's a popular misconception that unknowing buyers have regarding video cards.
The fact is more RAM is not necessarily better. That's because video card manufacturers load up their bottom of the line cards with lots of inexpensive, slow RAM in order to attract buyers. This results in people buying these cards that they think will be great performers due to their large amounts of RAM, when in reality these cards can perform a lot slower than other cards with smaller amounts of RAM. The reason? The cards with smaller amounts of RAM can have faster GPU's, faster RAM, more pipelines, etc.
The bottom line is anyone who wants maximum performance from a new video card has to research the specs and performance comparison tests of different cards in the desired price range, and not to buy a card based only on the amount of RAM that it has.
