PCI USB Support on Win98 not responding

I installed a PCI USB card on my AMDK6 II 333 and am not getting any response from the card. When I go to device mgr. it tells me that the usbhub.sys file can not be found.<br>

Ironically, I located the usbhub.sys in the system directory, but when I try to move the driver to the location it should be in - I get a BSOD. Is there a patch for this or am I out of luck? <br>

Have you tried restarting in safe mode before moving it?

Exactly why would I need to be in safe mode?<br>
