PCI LAN Card

I have recently upgraded a Digital Prioris 5200 XL server from NT 4.0 to Windows 2000 server

I cannot get the LAN card to work

The error I get is

This device cannot start [Code 10]

I have tried uninstalling the device and re-installing, also physically removing and re-installing card, also tried a new card

Result always the same

I even tried a re-install of Windows 2000 (only the upgrade option, not new install)

Help !!!

Did you get the 2000 drivers from the NIC manufactur's web site. That would seem like the problem to me. Also if you have a VIA chipset motherboard, you need to check windowsupdate @microsoft.com and install new motherboard drivers(Only for older VAI chipsets). I have had goofy problems until I updated mb drivers on VIA chipset.
