Can anyone advise on my Syslog entries, they are so 'brutal' looking:

Which machine is this?
Looks like your scsi card is having some problem. Reseat the card.If it is an octane (error looks like an octane machines) machine. Remove the IP30 board and reseat it properly. Be careful while handling IP30.
If the card is in PCI cardcage please reseat the card.
