PCI DSS

Hallo,

We are running NICE Perform 3.2 (about to be upgraded).

I have been asked what is involved in making it PCI DSS compliant for a select group of about 50 agents. Is there a standard module that need to be purchased? Extra licensing costs? I am aware that there will be integration costs with our CRM tool, but can anyone shed some light on what I need to get me started?

hi. i would first of all get a full picture of what version you have loggers/applications/interactrions cti intergration pbx versions etc. then engage with NICE presales with your requirements and see if your current architecture can do this. surrounding PCI there are a number of out of box features in 3.5 but this version has been sunset so you may need to goto latest 4.1 and we wouldnt want to mislead you are your current hardware/architecture may not allow you to jumpto this version. also perhaps you could think about consolidation and look at virtualization.

This would be Avaya CM6.2 (with AES 6.2) using active voip (TSAPI). As I said, we are in the process of upgrading, so I guess it will be the latest release of perform (4.1?).

I will see if I can contact presale. Problem is our installation is global, with a mixture of both Cisco and Avaya PBXs. The loggers are all local though. I would only need the PCS DSS stuff for about 50 extensions that are all on the Avaya segment.

Would you have any idea on a ballpark figure for this stuff?
