I am having a bit of trouble understanding PCI requirement 1.1.4.
What kind of document should I have. just a txt file, spread sheet? Should it all be in a database? Is having it recorded in our change management of our helpdesk system sufficient?

PCI DSS Requirement 1.1.4, "Description of groups, roles, and responsibilities for logical management of network components".

Thoughts or suggestions, referals to document templates would be appreciated.
