PCI Comm driver for HP 6636

Can anyone provide me with the driver for the PCI Communications Device on an HP 6636 Pavilion with Windows 98 SE on it (or tell me where I can find it)?

I have tried to find the driver from the following sources:

The recovery CD - It is scratched up and to be honest, I think I was lucky to get the system to recover as much as it has.
C:\Windows\Options\Cabs folder - The system does not find the file it needs.

- I have tried searching the HP site and have not had any luck finding this type of driver.
