It should be part of the windows installation CD. Generally this is found on first boot, & automatically installed (with the help of the windows disk).
I would be quite surprised if your computer needs a special driver for this, but if it does check the Dell site. If this is the case they will definately have such a driver readily available James Goodman

You have a chipset driver, goto support.dell.com, follow prompts through and input your service tag, then go to downloads for your Dell and choose under the Miscellanous Drivers, download latest drivers
