Hello All,

We have a windows 2000 server running our docs open dsa service and it is working fine. We want to migrate to new hardware but when we install and try to use the new dsa on that new hardware we get the following error:

Unable to authenticate user ' ' on server 'docsdsa' running nt server 'server'

Please help.

Jason

Thank you,

i trust that you still have the old one running before migrating over to the new one?

might be an idea to check the authentication that it needs to talk to the server (i.e. the SQL authentication); have you done this? if not, take the details from the old pc and transfer it to the new one, but ensure that the old one is still working first as if anything goes wrong, you can revert to this.

have a check on hummingbird's site to see if there are any migration issues.
