pcb" is not a presentation file, try any of "tmp" files to open, date can be helpful.

I also try to open this "tmp" file but with no response.. Is there is any app that can i use to open this..?

I'm not sure about PowerPoint 2010, but you could try this:

From within PowerPoint,go to File -> Info -> Manage versions -> Recover Unsaved Documents. This will open a File Open window. Look for a file named PPTnnnn.tmp, where nnnn is a number. If there is more than one such file, try to identify the file whose date stamp most closely resembles the date and time when you were working on the file.

Once you have the file, just open it as usual.
