Hi,

We have a Visual FoxPro application that uses pcAnywhere. We have grown up with pcAnywhere Version 8.0, 9.0 and 9.2 and are now testing Version 10.0.

Does anyone know if you can still use Script (.SCR) files with Version 10.0 - the Help is ambiguous ?? Something called OLE automation is mentioned but we would rather not develop a completely new approach for our remote file transfers.

Thanks very much.

Nopes you cannot use the .scr or.scraw script files as it is no longer supported in the 10.x versions ... you would have to upgrade your script files in the VB IDE using OLE objects as per Meldric's response in thread Thread595-169229 or you stick to the previous version 9.2 if you do not want to get involved in integration.
