PCAnywhere Version 10.0.2 on XP

Hi,

I'm currently using PCAnywhere to connect to SQL Server 2000. When I go in I get a blue screen, I have to restart PCAnywhere then it lets me view the desktop. Any idea what I can do to fix this?
