PCAnywhere stuck when using VPN

Hi,

I connect to the environment of my customer organization using VPN. After I am connected to the environment of the customer I try to control my server using PCAnywhere 9.2. The PCAnywhere connects my server but then it stucks!!! It happens before it succeeds to show the first screen, it shows only part of the first screen. After the few minutes the connection is closed automatically.
Does any of you has an idea what is the problem and how can I overcome it?
