pcAnywhere is nice and fairly robust. You may also want to check out VNC which is not as robust but much cheaper (free). Also of interest is TightVNC which is VNC with a better compression algorithm (screen refreshes are better) and a few other enhancements which make it a bit nicer than the original. I use pcAnywhere on our servers, but VNC on the 200+ workstations.
