PCAnywhere Problem

Dear All :
I have a problem initializing PCAnywhere ...
when I install it - it asks me to restart the server ..
after restarting - I tried to open it , but it give ms an error :
Failed to initalize Vbox!(0002-0051-0075)

any idea ?

I have been installing and using PCanywhere for the last 6 years and never seen that error message. Remove and reinstall it.

I did that but without any success ...

Can I manage to control and configure the PCAnywhere remotly ?
