We have a firewall in house and we're trying to get an outside user to connect to us..We have Checkpoint FP5.
They can connect to us via vpn. they authenticate just fine.
however when they launch pcanywhere via tcp/ip to connect to the lan ip address it just times out. I have tried their connection from a dsl line at home and from an additional dsl line in house not connected to our network.
they have version 9.2 and we have 10.5
I have given their user id all ports open to connect. i dont' know what else to try. Any suggestions.
