We have pcAnywhere 10.5 loaded on Windows 2000 server recently. When user trying to connect the host from a remote pc, connection made OK, but the stuff displayed on the screen made none sense. And the user could not go anywhere after then. Any ideas why? Any solutions for that? Please help.

Thanks a lot.

Check the parity setting of the modem 8,n,1 or 7,e,1 ect... in the lower left hand corner of the procomm screen the check the terminal type this should match the system that your logged into. Also take a look at the baud rate is it set too high for the remote system??
