pcAnywhere and anti-virus conflict

Hi,

I have Panda ClientShield anti-virus installed on my LAN computers. Some use pcAnywhere 11.0 for remote access. However, I cannot connect to my pcAnywhere hosts when ClientShield is installed forcing me to leave my pcAnywhere computers un-protected.

Does anyone know anything about this? I've contacted Panda, but as yet they've been little help.
