PcAnywhere & 3Com Ras Server

Hi:

I have problems when i try to connect PcAnywhere version 10.5, to a 3Com 1500 Ras Server, i receive only a black screen that said: "3Com Ras Server" "Login".

I need to connect to Windows NT 4.0 which have an open pc anywhere host session, the question is:

How can i access the server thru the 3com ras server?

someone can help me!!!!
