Hello, all!

I have PCA running on both of my Nortel Opt 11c switches, and it works great.

I have a user that will be using PCA and his cell phone is a long-distance call. Our LD provider requires a 5 digit access code for long-distance calling. If we put the number in, sans access code, it does dial and we get the tone from the LD provider. This is for our on-call IT personnel, so anyone can call the "emergency" line...many of those don't have an LD code or even know what that tone is supposed to mean.

Is there a way to insert a pause or two into what it is dialing so I can make it dial thru the access code?

Any other suggestions on making this work with the least amount of effort?

Our outbounds are all PRI.

Thanks!
Mike
