Hello everyone,
I have a CS1000E R7.65 with PCA configured for simultaneous ringing on the PBX and MS Teams. The PCA works as intended, however every now and then the PCA TN gets stuck in BUSY status and the calls stop ringing on MS Teams.
Is here any guidance you can provide as to where to investigate why the PCA goes BUSY?
