Hello

Does anybody know why on a PC wallboard when a call come in to a goup and is answered, it stays in the PC wallboad queue?

This happend when we make a change to system i.e add another group. Restart the wall boards. Then the poblems starts again.

rebooting the PC wallboard server again, seems to clear the problem.

Any ideas?

I seem to remember a issue relating to this with Delta Server, make sure you are running build 4.0(35)DS

Is this version of delta server OK to use on a system still on 1.4?

What locale are you in? If enu, I would take the whole works up to 2.1.248901, VMP 2.1.12, and DS 4.0.35

Yes in the UK, problem with upgrading the hold unit is, they are a 24h operation, hunt group problems in 2.1.24.
Upgrading the delta server not a problem, I just a worried that if I upgrade the DS, then something else will go wrong.

Don't go to 2.1 if in the UK.... only if locale is enu (english united states)
