According to PC wallboard, we have a call stuck in queue right now for 1 hour 23 minutes and 35 seconds (and counting!). We don't think it's a real call...surely someone would have hung up by now. All agents are logged in the queue and their phones are not ringing.

We had this happen once before and the call just hung out there until the phones shut down at the end of the day.

If you have any input as to why please let me know.

Take a look at the "call status" program and see if you see a call out there or not.
 
I have looked at call status and don't see it. I am going to reset the Delta Server service and see if that fixes it.
 
Restarting the Delta Server service fixed the problem.
 
I thought this problem was fixed on delta server built 28

Looks like i has reared its head again on version 3
 
I am on Delta Server Version 5.0.14 is there an upgrade that I need to go too?
 
I have a CCC 5 with Delta Server Version 5.0.14 and the longest call in queue sometimes jumps minutes on the PC Wallboard and then corrects itself. The users have taken Print Sceen shots of it happening. It could happen once or twice a week. This only happened after we upgraded from ccc4 to ccc5.
