According to PC wallboard, we have a call stuck in queue right now for 1 hour 23 minutes and 35 seconds (and counting!). We don't think it's a real call...surely someone would have hung up by now. All agents are logged in the queue and their phones are not ringing.
We had this happen once before and the call just hung out there until the phones shut down at the end of the day.
