small office with the PCM voicemail installed. I am a little confused on how to us the time profile. Essentially we want the auto attentdant to always answer. Open hours are all over the board, so the plan is to have one gerneric greeting always answer.

Should I leave the time profiles default and record the same greeting 3 times (*811, *812, *813)? is there a better way of doing this?

Thanks

set a time profile monday to sunday 00:00 to 23:59
use this as the morning profile, record the morning greeting
they system will now think that it is always morning

Universal Plan B: if at first you dont succeed - CHEAT!

The time profiles used by the auto-attendant only affect which greeting ("Good morning, ...", "Good afternoon, ...", "Our offices are closed, ...") before they then hear the prompt for the auto-attendant option.

When the auto-attendant is in use will depend on how you're routing calls to it. Typically if its the main destination in your incoming call route then its 24 hour operation by default.
